Service Description

We offer several therapy options. An intake appointment will help us work together to find the best fit for you. Sometimes it isn't about finding a specific therapy to meet your goals. Sometimes it's about meeting you where you're at and offering a safe and open environment to explore your thoughts and emotions to better understand and process them.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours from the day of the appointment or the client will be charged the full session fee. For example, if your appointment is on Wednesday at 2PM, please provide cancellation notice to our office by end of day Monday. Monday appointments require cancellation by the previous Thursday. This will allow us to fill the appointment as needed. Thank you for your understanding.
